SAP IHC (Internal Bank) Consultant

AS AN INTERNAL BANK CONSULTANT you will support corporations with both business and technical challenges. You will support the client defining its exact requirements and tailor the system accordingly. These projects also involve significant change of internal routines and processes. Facilitating Change Management will therefore be a vital part of your role on our projects. Improvements and increased effectiveness play a major role for our customers and are important drivers for such projects.

The ideal candidate:

You have more than 2 years of relevant working experience in areas of SAP IHC (Internal Bank) (Payment Factory, intercompany netting and settlement and cash pool structures). You need to understand the concept of treasury and the drivers behind it. It is beneficial to have experience from financial processes, Bank processes and Shared services.

Assignments:

You will be assigned to projects implementing Internal Banks for corporate clients. A typical project will be ongoing for 6-12 months and you will be part of a team of 2-3 people. You will be working with a team of high performers in the area of In-house bank and payment factory and collaborate with leading multinational corporates on efficiency and improvement projects.

Qualifications:

Formal qualifications:

We expect you have a formal education on bachelor level within economics or acquired similar knowledge through experience. You need to be IT literate.

Business orientation:

  • Experience in configuration of SAP IHC module, preferably being SAP FI certified
  • Experience working with complex challenges
  • Good communication skills
  • Analytical and solution oriented
  • Strong focus on delivering high quality on budget and time
  • Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High level of comfort presenting analysis and information to stakeholders

AS A SENIOR SAP INTERNAL BANK CONSULTANT and Implementation Manager you will support corporations with both business and technical challenges. You will support the client defining its exact requirements and tailor the system accordingly. These projects also involve significant change of internal routines and processes. Facilitating and driving Change Management will therefore be a vital part of your role on our projects. Improvements and increased effectiveness play a major role for our customers and are important drivers for such projects. You seek initiative and appreciate new ideas which question and enrich the way of working.

The ideal candidate:

You have more than 5 years of relevant corporate working experience in areas of SAP IHC (Internal Bank, including payment Factory, intercompany netting and settlement and cash pool structures). You need to master the concept of an Internal bank and the drivers behind it in a shared service centre. It is beneficial to have experience from Project Management, financial processes, Bank processes and Shared services.

Assignments:

You will be assigned to lead the customer through the implementation project of an Internal Bank. A typical project will be ongoing for 6-12 months where you will be managing 2-3 people in your team. An important part of this work will be to advice the customer as the domain expert and be the advisor and sparring partner for the customer when deciding upon how to optimize their internal processes.

Qualifications:

We expect you have a formal education on bachelor or masters level within economics or similar experience within these areas. You need to be IT literate.

Business orientation:

  • Corporate Payment/Collection Factory experience
  • Experience and good Insight of SAP IHC module
  • Experience with other SAP modules (CM, TRM, FI)
  • Experience working with complex challenges
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical and solution oriented
  • Strong focus on delivering high quality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High level of comfort presenting analysis and information to senior management and external parties
